Be Present

Morning! Afternoon and Evening!
Bring your full awareness to whatever you are doing right now. Whatever situation you're going into try to be fully involved in the moment and be your full self. Try not to be distracted, checking your phone often, thinking about what you're doing later. 
See what you can learn about yourself, see what parts of the conversation you feel more engaged in or what brings you most energy.
And if you're by yourself, just notice what thoughts and feelings are coming into your mind and try to get to the core of the reason for them. This will allow you to become more self aware, which will help you discover what you value most. Thats your path to the highest level of happiness.
