Just learned more about brain waves and during sleep you move from conscious state into subconscious, from Beta waves to Alpha to Theta to Delta.
“The subconscious mind, which makes up about 95 percent of who we are, consists of those positive and negative identifications and associations that give rise to habits and behaviors” - excerpt from Breaking the habits of being yourself by Joe Dispenza.
He explains how in the morning when you wake up and before bed in the evening, are best for visualization since you are closer to entering these brain waves. Thus, getting your thoughts into your subconscious which can create the paradigm shift of your intentions.
