I heard a great analogy for fear and anxiety thats holding you back from living life on a higher frequency of happiness.
Think of it as someone in your house thats trying to punch you. You are constantly avoiding the punch, going into different rooms, always worried that you can get hit at any moment.
If you just take the punch (face the fear of going inward) it may hurt, but then its OVER! You are now liberated from ever having to worry about getting punched again. You can enjoy everything around you to the fullest and be fully in the moment without always looking over your shoulder.
It's a great feeling that I experience every day and is literally the reason I do everything I do, such as these emails. My happiness feels so high and the feeling of FREEDOM is the most invigorating!!
