Weekend Wakeup

Spend some time this weekend waking up your subconscious. It's filled with patterns and learned behaviors that are controlling most of what you do. if you can WAKE IT UP and bring these patterns into your conscious brain you can reroute them for more progress!

Listen to your gut! Be honest with yourself why you're doing everything you're doing. Keep asking why and when you get to a point that starts to pushback, you're just getting deeper into who you are. That's harder and scarier since it feels like an attack on your identity. That's when you will grow!
